Between 5-8 years of retail, multi-unit store management with progressive leadership experience

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Leads, develops and directly coaches a high-performing Retail management team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize the workload to manage multiple projects with deadlines

Positive problem solving skill set

Proficient knowledge of and ability to effectively operate Microsoft Office, Dutchie/SpringBig, IHJ, point-of-sale software, etc

Previous experience managing high volume of digital investment across across a large portfolio of brands (15+) preferred.

Understand media operations and requirements (Budgets, Reporting, Billing, etc.).

Drive results through rigorous optimizations and ensure all KPIs are exceeding benchmarks.

Needs to be results/ performance driven and can demonstrate past business performance success. Have strong business and financial acumen.

Strong communicator, with ability to translate complex digital media concepts into simplified terms that non-media/ non-retail stakeholders can understand.

Collaborative strengths to develop relationships cross functionally and with external agency and platform partners.
