·Understanding of retail performance metrics, replenishment strategies, and a solid knowledge and understanding of inventory management.

Dot.com order management / TSP

·Manage 3PL service levels and inventory and forecast.

·Assist in new item setups (NAM responsible) through retailer systems knowledge

·Four- year Degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent related experience.

·5-7 years strong analytical and organizational experience in a replenishment role

Four or more years of experience with retail merchandise replenishment role, category management, or retail consulting (or related fields).

Leads best practice across Inventory Management functions (replenishment and allocation) relating to merchants, distribution and stores.

Directly leads the Replenishment & Allocation Analysts in partnership with the Category Manager on a dotted line basis.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Experience with a multi-store replenishment environment required.

Drives replenishment and accurate store forecasts throughout the supply chain.
