Minimum requirements for this role:

Develop and refine the overall Public Sector partnership strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential Public Sector partners, industry influencers, and internal teams.

Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure Public Sector partnership goals, objectives, and growth targets align with the organization's vision.

Lead negotiation efforts with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

Serves as the Agency representative on interdepartmental committees and organizations related to the IPAWS Program.

Represents FEMA before Congress on the IPAWS Program activities of interest to the legislative branch.

Maintains liaison with industry and university business groups.

Initial and Annual Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) is required.

A one-year probationary period may be required.

Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Oversee effective management of facilities, including completion of construction projects.

A master's or other advanced degree in, education, organizational leadership, finance or a related field.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives.

Providing primary medical, dental, alcohol, drug and mental health services to residents, including the uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved

Providing law enforcement services in the unincorporated area of the county

Protecting the community from public health threats such as communicable diseases

Coordinating countywide responses to domestic violence and terrorism or other emergencies

Managing the criminal justice process after arrest (jail, prosecution, probation)

Supporting other local governments through efficient property tax collection as mandated by the State, County and local jurisdictions; and,

Experience with email automation systems, website content management systems (Wordpress preferred), and help desk/ticket management systems

In close collaboration with Interview Collection, Digital, and other teams, manage all transactional emails to participants and online archive users

At least 7 years of professional experience in customer service/support-related positions with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Strong interpersonal skills plus cultural competence and the ability to work successfully with diverse groups of people

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage and coach high-performing teams

8+ years of relevant experience
