*This position is remote with an estimated 20%-30% travel to project sites

A bachelor's degree in architecture and experience as a registered architect.

Compensation: $167,000.00 to $273,000.00 annually depending on experience

Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities planning, design, construction, engineering, or building operations.

Directly oversee the Construction Project Managers

Project Managers are responsible for working with pre-selected General Contractors to ensure project completion to the standards we have set forth

Extensive architectural, engineering, and construction materials and techniques knowledge.

Experience in a high-growth retail environment preferred.

10+ years managing retail construction projects.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project controls, project management, construction documentation and sequencing

10+ years of directly-related development and project management experience, with an emphasis on hospitality sector experience

Possess working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value-engineering techniques and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

Experience working as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager representing the interests of the real estate owner or tenant

Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Discover and utilize ERP for data elements such as stocking levels, lead times, re-order points, general PO management, and vendor management.

Internal – Leadership and Executive team members and functional teams, Plant Management teams, Procurement/Purchasing.

Manage inventory risks and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-oriented.

Strong ERP experience is required. Netsuite a plus.

Obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License.

May be required to pass a background check applicable to position.

May also inspect buildings for renovation, repair, and code compliance needs

Plans, implements, and administers facility projects and services impacting Marshall University. Coordinates construction work and project management. Provides project management expertise.

Oversees the operating budget and capital budget for Facilities Planning and Management to ensure funds are spent appropriately.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management or related field.

8 Years of related experience in planning and construction;

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Directs operations for facility planning, construction, and major renovations.
