The Director of People Support is responsible for leading the People Support team and providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is providing the highest level of customer service and support. The Director of People Support will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the team is meeting the organization’s goals and objectives. The Director of People Support will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
