Seven (7) plus years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management/organizational Development, with previous experience managing direct reports.
Considerable knowledge in a variety of human resources, organizational development, and talent management functions and duties.
Partner with business leaders to effectively implement programs related to succession planning, career development and other talent management processes.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
Previous experience in Financial Institutions is required.
PHR Certification, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM SCP) credential strongly preferred.
