5+ years of professional working experience; ideally in data entry, logistics, operations, inventory or data management

Manage data and inventory by entering grading certificates and other item details on the jewelry into our proprietary database

A strong communicator with excellent verbal & written skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with all teams

Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts

Experience in contract negotiation and partnership management

Undergraduate degree - advanced degree in marketing, business management, communications desirable.

10+ plus years proven experience with a record of leading and implementing integrated programs, with experience in highly regulated industries
