Ensures relationship development and management with key suppliers and internal stakeholders

Creates and implements clear roles and responsibilities between contract reviews, sourcing, and procurement functions

Typically requires 10+ years of Procurement and contract negotiation experience

Develops, communicates, and administers procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals

5+ years of people management skills

B.S./B.A. is required preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business

Minimum of 10 years of indirect procurement experience

Experience in Domestic and Global Procurement

Lead and support the business stakeholders through the purchasing process.

Understand direct material spend across the business, analyze category markets and translate into actionable strategies and forward-looking analysis.
