Director Of Inside Sales Operations Jobs in Utah

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Manage sales support and customer service KPI’s.

● 7+ years’ experience in Sales/CS Operations or related field

● Experience with N41, RLM, Joor, NuOrder, Excel, KPI’s and various BI platforms preferred.

● Highly skilled in excel and data driven tools with proven excellence in building strong excel models

● Strong communication, presentation, leadership skills; with the ability to organize meetings with key stakeholders

- Business to Business Sales/Service and Contact Center experience is strongly preferred particularly in SaaS model technologies

- Good listening skills, both internally and externally

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a sales leader for enterprise applications and/or infrastructure solutions

- Experience in selling transactional deals, contracting, and an understanding of commercial and government acquisition mechanisms

- Build and maintain customer relationships that are essential for growing the Maritime business

- Monitor revenue growth and achieve targets
