• Manage VIP relations pertaining to the Creative Director

• Oversee and manage all custom VIP looks for events including runway show, events, etc

• Manage media and VIP relationships to increase brand and product exposure.

• Manage casting for in-house projects across seasonal lookbooks, social activations, campaigns, etc

• Strong analytical and project management skills

Minimum of 3 years of management experience

Monitor overall team performance to ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements

Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel

Ability to interpret and present data to senior management

Build out essential monthly / quarterly plans for your area’s Account Managers, that execute the department’s strategy

Be accountable for your team’s Account Manager scorecard performance

At least 6 months of professional analytics experience or data science experience.

Proficiency with SQL or another statistical programming language. Experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool is a plus!

Develop SQL code to facilitate the planning, deployment, and redemption of new iGaming promotions and the analysis of past promotions

Deliver constant recommendations and insights on the promotion initiatives through data analysis and visualization

Develop and maintain critical KPI reports and dashboards from the ground up based on team business needs

Partner closely with iGaming promotions in the ongoing setup of tests, analysis, reviews, and optimization of our iGaming VIP promotions

Partnering with Venue Operations and Threat Management to ensure a seamless experience

Manage relationship with Celebrity Relations department to develop and execute a seamless experience for celebrity guests

Experience working in the hospitality world – hotels, restaurants, venues, etc. – a plus

Serving as the host and onsite point of contact for VIP guests in multiple hospitality spaces within the venue

Execute strategic seat plotting; partner across departments to determine the optimal VIP seating arrangements in and around hospitality spaces

Will be in charge of coordinating additional Guest Relations staff for events

Ensure regular meetings are held with management and non-management Members to review department feedback

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Hospitality, Hotel, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

Extensive technical literacy, with a strong understanding of hospitality management programs and other hotel technology innovations (automation, smart rooms, etc.)

Responsible for leading, evaluating, and coaching Members to create world-class guest experiences with every interaction

Collaborate and develop the arrival and departure experience that accounts for personalized and anticipatory service

Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

Adaptability and multi-tasking capability, with solid time management

5-7 years of work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative and out of the box thinker

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required

Set goals/KPI’s around VIP/Celebrity strategy constantly innovating strategy and talent based off what has worked and what hasn’t.

Coordinate with social team to present VIP talent for content creation.

Coordinate with Customer Support on promotions and communications to ensure a smooth experience.

Experience with building and optimizing customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and automation.

Experience in daily fantasy, online sports wagering or online casino’s highly desired

Experience with ESP’s and marketing automation systems required

Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced Excel and Power Point skills a must
