Director Of Facilities And Construction Jobs

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in fleet, facilities, and equipment management, with 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Develop and execute a comprehensive fleet management strategy, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal, to meet operational needs and budgetary goals.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for fleet, facilities, and equipment management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Strong understanding of fleet management software, facilities management systems, and equipment maintenance tools.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to state and federal fleet safety, facilities compliance, and equipment maintenance.

Previous experience overseeing all aspects of construction project management workflows and taking projects from cradle to grave

Strong project management and customer service skills

PMP certification or other relevant project management

Experience with general maintenance methods, operating equipment, and safety precautions related to facilities management

Proficiency with Facilities Maintenance Software (ex. Service Channel or relevant CMMS) and Procore, Asana or other relevant construction/project management software

Care more about values and work ethic than your experience

Minimum 10 years’ professional experience with direct global real estate experience and team management

Oversee all aspects of lease management including management of broker relationships, negotiation of terms/renewals and obtain appropriate sign offs

Expertise in portfolio management such as site selection, construction, budgeting, project, and risk management

Must have experience crafting and managing budgets and leading people and projects

Substantial strategic planning and negotiation skills

Develop and implement a strategy for the real estate portfolio
