Management and ongoing cultivation and engagement of existing portfolio of Foundation partners in addition to building a strategy for new supporters.

Work with assigned Agency,Program, Finance personnel to produce donor offers.

Management and achievement of reasonable financial goals for each grant maker.

Management of people, process, deadlines and budget while adhering to the policies and procedures of the organization.

8 + years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business communications.

Experience working in nonprofit sector, social sector or corporate background, and managing sensitive and confidential information.

3-5 years or more of successful fundraising or similar relationship-management experience

Experience with constituent relationship management databases, especially Salesforce.Ability to create and run reports.

Impeccable written and oral communication skills

Capacity to understand and respond to individual international donors’/partners’ needs and perceptions.Experience managing a team in a cross-cultural context preferred.

Some graphic design experience or familiarity with basic design tools

Knowledge of principles and techniques relevant to major gift fundraising and stewardship

Track and communicate programmatic funding priorities and goals, progress against those goals and manage programmatic fundraising pipeline tracker .

You have demonstrated experience in building strong working relationships across internal stakeholders

You have prior experience that highlights attention to detail and a results-oriented working style

You are able to thrive both in a team and independently in a remote work environment

Lead internal communications and donor outreach content development for Development around emergency responses.

You are highly organized and can develop and execute on processes that promote efficiencies
