Management and ongoing cultivation and engagement of existing portfolio of Foundation partners in addition to building a strategy for new supporters.

Work with assigned Agency,Program, Finance personnel to produce donor offers.

Management and achievement of reasonable financial goals for each grant maker.

Management of people, process, deadlines and budget while adhering to the policies and procedures of the organization.

8 + years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business communications.

Experience working in nonprofit sector, social sector or corporate background, and managing sensitive and confidential information.

3-5 years or more of successful fundraising or similar relationship-management experience

Experience with constituent relationship management databases, especially Salesforce.Ability to create and run reports.

Impeccable written and oral communication skills

Capacity to understand and respond to individual international donors’/partners’ needs and perceptions.Experience managing a team in a cross-cultural context preferred.

Some graphic design experience or familiarity with basic design tools

Knowledge of principles and techniques relevant to major gift fundraising and stewardship

Interview, hire, train and guide new and current employees using CRISTA’s Transformation Performance Management Platform.

Develop, implement and document all SOPs related to donor interactions, tracking of solicitations and portfolio management.

Provide support, advisement, and leadership to partner services team members, assisting in developing new skills and strengthening skills that already exist.

Manage portfolios and optimization for the Donor Relations team.

Collaborate with Accounting/Finance on RA budget projections.

Regularly video chat when working remotely and engage in team activities
