Director Of Distribution And Warehousing Assets Jobs

Aviation management, supply chain, business, or related field

Manage personnel dependability and Time & Attendance systems where applicable

Oversight of the departments training requirements and training schedule

Minimum of two years work experience in warehousing and distribution, supply chain or logistics

Must obtain Dangerous Goods certification within six months of start date

Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Experience with new brand development and delivering on growth marketing charters

Lead brand development for a global product, adapting key messages and directing effective content to support sellers throughout the product lifecycle

Work closely with central marketing teams to design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion

Strategic Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Management

Provide supply chain logistics functional expertise to guide and advise management across demand, supply, production, and inventory.

Establish strategic relationships with each OEM customer for outbound transportation management.

Lean Continuous Improvement Experience Required, Six Sigma certifications a plus

Work closely with our Commercial Organization to understand OEM customer requirements for outbound logistics.

Promote employee development through training, project opportunities for skills expansion, and individual development plans for all team members.

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of reports.

Create world-class warehousing and logistics capabilities focusing on supporting our manufacturing operations and our customer facilities.

• Relevant warehousing, inventory, and distribution experience.

• Strong communication skills to employees, vendors, customers, and other executives.

Drive towards a future state of:

• Efficient use of warehouse space (space planning; storage systems)

At least 10 years of Customer Service, Asset Management, or other Management experience.

Oversee the management of all material handling assets across all business lines (Distribution, Port Services, and Transportation)

Strong presentation skills with solid capabilities and practices (written and oral).

Oversees and manages material handling equipment rental process, with the goal being to optimize our current procedures and reduce expenses.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
