Director Of Cybersecurity Jobs

Strong management consulting experience required (Big4 preferred)

15+ years of experience providing industry-leading practices in cyber risk management and regulatory compliance

Managing and overseeing projects involving information security, technology risk management, cybersecurity or cyber risk management

Designing KRIs and metrics to build reports and dashboards for management

Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites and or IX HQ in Atlanta (100% remote when not traveling)

Strong strategic leadership experience and long-term planning

Developing the long-term strategy, execute the strategy, and manage the teams responsible for the Vulnerability Management, Pen Testing

Minimum of five (5) years leading vulnerability management, penetration testing, and/or red team organizations

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification

Lead the team responsible for proactively uncovering digital vulnerabilities within our environment and ensuring information assets and technologies are adequately protected

Supervise staff as assigned in the performance of the job duties.

Maintains current knowledge of industry and regulatory trends and developments for the enterprise technology.

Professional certifications in Information Cybersecurity, Risk Management and/or Compliance preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc.).

Strong knowledge of security and risk management frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, FAIR, and CIS

Eight (8) or more years of experience in Cybersecurity and GRC roles (i.e., Cybersecurity assessments/analysis, risk management, compliance) is strongly preferred.

Experience authoring or leading teams that author security policies

Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or other data visualization tools

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and GRC

They offering packages in excess of $450k OTE for the right person depending on experience.

Experience dealing at Fortune 1000 and Senior Federal client level

Experience within the Cyber Security space - Understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem

Demonstrable experience of hiring, retaining, leading and growing successful new business sales teams.

Managing a team of 7 AEs, each carrying a $1.2mil quota.

Two new reps on board who are still ramping so you would be carrying a FY23 target of $7mil.

Typically requires 10 or more years of experience.

CISSP, Azure or other security certifications desired

Experience with secure S-DLC tools and techniques

Develop a strategy to guide the AT&T security methodology for ensuring security is addressed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Five (5) or more years of Information Security/Cybersecurity management experience.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization, management and business personnel.

Experience with project management, audit, defense-in-depth security systems, incident response, vulnerability management, IT infrastructure, regulatory laws/framework.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent.

Graduate degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent.

Provide leadership support of security audits, assessments, contractual requirement analyses, and forensic investigation activities.

Develop and maintain an incident response program including both high level management communications plans and detailed runbooks for common scenarios

Manage education and awareness programs

Experience with Monitoring Platforms: Ability to manage regular monitoring of platform and system activities, isolating problems and determining their cause.

Manage our Security Operation Center partner

Evaluate information security risks and trends, monitor evolving threats, risks, and vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies

Review monthly vulnerability reports and manage remediation process

10+ years of experience in one or more of the following risk dimensions:

Hands on experience with cybersecurity tools ie Darktrace, Firewalls, SIEM

Full-stack knowledge of IT technical infrastructure.

Experience partnering with IT and functional departments to develop technology plans.

Experience working in and managing systems in a GxP-regulated environment is an asset.

Manages team with responsibilities to support and maintain complex security processes, controls or products.

Provides human resources management, including coaching, performance management, team development and growth, and workforce planning.

May directly manage operational support and maintenance of Security related processes, controls or products.

May directly manage the configuration, testing, documentation and implementation of upgrades to security processes, controls or products as directed.

Ten years minimum of relevant experience with Cybersecurity practices, processes, and Cybersecurity event investigation/resolution preferred.

Three years of experience as a technical lead preferred.
