Director Of Counseling And Wellness Services Jobs

Experience working in a higher education counseling center and/or with student musicians is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of electronic health records systems

Communicate and network with Bay Area health providers, psychiatric facilities in crisis situations, and counseling centers.

Current independent licensure to practice as a psychologist, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the State of California by appointment hire date

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required

Ability to multi-task and utilize good time-management skills

Assist with the development, management, and maintenance of departmental websites

Experience in a higher education and/or clinical counseling setting is preferred

High School diploma and prior administrative-related work experience

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Accept, screen, and route all calls coming into the Center

Provides effective and appropriate services by planning, organizing, and implementing new counseling, training, and educational prevention and outreach programs.

Supervises and supports the Associate Director in coordinating training experiences for CWS staff and trainees.
