Overview The Director of Corporate Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the human resources department of a company. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, and providing guidance to the organization on all HR-related matters. Detailed Job Description The Director of Corporate Human Resources is responsible for the overall management of the human resources department. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, and providing guidance to the organization on all HR-related matters. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, labor unions, and other organizations. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) is preferred

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
