Reviewing applications for Employee Hardship Fund benefits and making award recommendations

Demonstrated & extensive experience in corporate and foundation fundraising, including a minimum of five years in a leadership and managerial position

Fundraising Leadership & Portfolio Management

Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with an ability to develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships internally and externally

Prospect Stewardship and Engagement Plans

Fundraising/Stewardship Materials, Collateral and Briefings, and Highly Personalized Proposals

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and prospect research skills

Strong interpersonal, mediation, and facilitation skills

Design and implement strategies and activities to increase support from existing foundation funders and identify new potential foundation support.

Working closely with the Chief Development Officer and executive and senior leadership to drive fundraising strategy

Oversee and maintain a tracking system for prospects, projects in need of funding, and proposal requirements and deadlines.

You have directly related experience in foundation relations for health equity and humanitarian organizations (preferred, not required)

10 years of CSR and Corporate Foundation experience with communication responsibilities

Knowledge of EU specific ESG regulatory requirements and ability to proactively provide guidance on evolving trends

Leverage CSR business industry knowledge to support development of communication related to CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences

Corporate setting and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred

Two years of management experience and staff oversight; organization of staff meetings, trainings, performance reviews.

Formal training or demonstrated knowledge of healthcare data types and structure; electronic medical record and related healthcare applications.

Formal training and experience in research methodology and protocol development; aims development, study design/approach, evaluation/outcome measurement, result interpretation, reporting.

Formal or demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic procedures, and/or biomechanics.

Experience mentoring undergraduate and graduate students

PhD or PhD candidate in kinesiology, biomechanics, public health, health policy, prevention science, or related disciplines.
