3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, project management, internal consulting, or related experience

Demonstrated continuous improvement and project management experience; especially of large-scale, cross-departmental projects

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent, working experience.

Experience analyzing and using data to determine insights and influence partners and teams.

Direct or indirect leadership experience

Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt required; appropriate experience may be substituted for certification requirements

Minimum 10 years’ healthcare management experience required

Oversees the operations of patient experience data reporting and internal education about patient satisfaction survey data utilizing the patient satisfaction tool

Monitors patient experience change efforts and evaluates results.

Reviews patient experience results with leadership and makes recommendations for improvement in performance/results

Minimum 3 years’ experience in process improvement or a change agent role required

Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks, and set goals for productivity.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Manage the planning, facilitation, and completion of Lean projects to support cost reduction objectives.

BA/BS degree in an engineering/manufacturing discipline or several years of related professional experience.

Strong communication & visualization skills.

Experience as Project Lead for major model changes or new model launches.

Professional certifications and/or experience especially helpful in the field of; Lean, 6-Sigma Green Belt and Change Management.

Project management capability with effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities

Consult with Regional and other OPEX Managers to identify best practices and to simplify and standardize work to deliver improved performance.

Knowledge of production operations either in a food processing or other manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and implement organizational and cultural change and deliver results

Be a recognized role model in key leadership development skills of feedback, coaching, listening, empowerment, and difficult conversations

Manage various projects including a comms ID system and a computerized maintenance system

10+ years of experience in concrete, mining, construction or other related fields

5+years of leadership experience and CI

Must have Lean, 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping experience

Develop and deploy a world class operating system

Value stream mapping, transactional process mapping for both onsite and administrative processes
