Work with managing editor to oversee team workloads, assign content and manage priorities

Execute vision for all content produced by Mainland - main site and client

Act as protector of all content, both main site and client, ensuring the highest quality and integrity

Maximize content lifespan and value

Research and establish content ideas/themes

Oversee editing, including supporting at times.

Experience with project management and content management systems

Develop and execute content strategy to identify, recruit and manage content contributors, including subject matter experts, authors, and thought leaders.

Manage and maintain a content calendar that reflects the priorities and objectives of the organization.

Work with stakeholders in legal, product, and finance around contracts and payments

4+ years of experience in content development and acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
