Director Of Consulting Sales Jobs

A minimum of 5 years line management experience.

Assisting with the management and reporting of all department financial and operational metrics.

A satisfactory combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

Manage and assure sponsor expectations are met or exceeded.

Oversight of consulting contracts. responsible for overseeing/liaising with the administrative support team (i.e., Consulting Proposals, Consultant Contracts, Finance, general admin).

Identify and manage initiatives to drive department growth and success.

·A minimum of five (5) years of combined health plan, operations, and/or clinical management experience is required.

·Formulary management (Provider, Payor) and class, induction-based reviews

b)Assess any formulary or clinical offering from PBMs to support the client engagement team where necessary.

·Complete and deliver comparisons of rebate offers provided by aggregators.

·Review of additional market offerings designed to mitigate drug spend.

a)Assisting clients on the growth and retention of the Client PBM managed business.

Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Applicant Tracking (ATS) and other related systems

Cloud (migrations, consulting, cloud managed services)

Negotiating project or managed service SOW extensions and pricing increases

Establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants; actively seeking opportunities that align to the capabilities of bench consultants

Leading and/or participating in publications of thought leadership of consulting capabilities, industry trends, etc.

Minimum of eight (8) years of related business development experience
