Director Commercial Business Operations Jobs in California

Develop subject matter knowledge of key industry focus areas.

Ability to critically assess current capabilities and execute a strategy to deliver upon the vision.

10+ years of commercial experience, primarily in the private sector.

Experience in enterprise sales, business development, operations, or product development.

Prior military, Intelligence Community, or government experience is a plus.

VC ecosystem experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management methodologies a strong plus

7-10 years relevant experience in Management Consulting or Operations analysis

Partner with Functional and Technical leaders to set data and systems requirements to support operations needs

Support Enterprise Tool selection, optimization/rationalization and support for cross-functional processes including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, etc

Proven problem solving and process improvement experience including issue identification, process mapping, opportunity quantification/prioritization, and solution design

Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting to and influencing large groups

At least 6-10 years of compliance testing or auditing experience, specifically within financial services or a regulated banking institution

Strong working knowledge of commercial/B2B/small business lending and products; and their applicable laws and regulations.

Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills

Executing aforementioned testing in adherence to program methodology and procedures, under the leadership of a team leader.

Ensure all tasks and reporting are completed within established timeframes, in accordance with the program’s test plan.

Analyzing data from multiple sources and systematically documenting the work and results.
