Extensive knowledge and experience with Federal Aviation Regulations including CFR Title 14, Part 77.

Proven success in the management of a multi-department, multi-layered business including operations, logistics, business systems, performance metrics, and budgets.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

5+ years leadership experience in an airport operations environment, such as a line station or hub

Tried ability in strategic planning and problem identification, analysis and action planning and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 Quality Management System is a plus.

Two (2) years of experience in aviation, airport operations, airport inspections, airport facility inspections or airport/airline security.

Some positions require a Movement Area certification within probationary period.

Per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5210-20, selected candidate must be able to demonstrate a functional knowledge of the English language.

Knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to public use airport facilities and inspection procedures.

MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software skills.

Initiates NOTAMS as required by federal regulations and maintains operations log of airfield activities.

Performs and maintains reports on security activities. Communicates and implements the airport security incentive program.
