Director Of Advanced Manufacturing Jobs in Florida

•Partner with CFO on budgeting and production management responsibilities.

•Supporting the Director of Global Operations in logistics, shipping and supply chain management.

•Working with the CSO and Quality Manager to enhance the Quality Management System

•8-10 years of Manufacturing including management for regulated aseptically processed media-fill products.

•Knowledge of supply chain operations including international and US shipping.

•Understands business implications of decisions and demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.

Primary responsibility for overall plant and production management in partnership with VP Operations

Detailed knowledge of plant operations in a higher-growth, well-managed company

Ensure production orders are being completed as per expectations, processes are being adhered to, and resources are managed efficiently

Help to recruit, develop and manage new production, warehousing and shipping employees

Assist to ensure that all safety requirements are being met

Ideally 7-15 years of experience in manufacturing

Recommends investments to management and manages approved production budget.

Establishes and coordinates production, and maintenance in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures approved by the President.

Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved expanded services in area.

Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.

Develops “Return on Investment” calculations for capital projects.
