Conduct competitive and consumer data analysis; make recommendations to management based on data

Delivering presentations to retailers, senior management, and sales meetings

Propose and implement brand/product strategy and promotional/trade Marketing plans; implement and evaluate new product launches and manage existing product “panier”

Manage budget, ensure sales forecast accuracy, track and analyze COGs, and make pricing recommendations

Influence and manage the Creative process for local adaptation that are not covered by DMI

Manage proposal creation and implementation of US retailer specifics programs (merchandising, eventing)

3+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management.

Previous experience managing software product or educational equivalent. (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group, others.)

Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products to completion.

Gather business needs and translate them into detailed business requirements, guiding engineering and development teams in defining functional and technical requirements.

Identify and address customer challenges, delivering impactful solutions that enhance their experiences.

Evaluate and manage feature requests to prioritize product development efforts.

Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications or Economics or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in sport management, fundraising and/or consulting

Experience in leading internal/external project management systems, from conception through evaluation

Experience in supporting a high-performing and growing team through complex project management

Prepare Administrative departmental budget with various department managers.

Prepares Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecast according to Corporate guidelines.

Prepare short-term and long-term strategic plan as per Corporate guidelines.

Coordinate the month-end close with Accounting staff. Review all non-IBNR reserves for appropriateness monthly.
