Dining Room Supervisor Jobs in Nevada

Maintain solid knowledge of food products

Six (6) months of experience in basic food preparation

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area

Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

Ensure all receiving paperwork is neatly and accurately organized for management.

Take inventory of products in designated storage areas and communicate with management accordingly.

At least six months experience in a high-volume restaurant establishment.

Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.

Effectively move and transport goods and products between multiple hotel locations with efficiency and in accordance with workplace ergonomics.

Replenish and maintain proper levels of service ware, drink stations, ice and condiments at service stations throughout the venue.

2 years minimum hard/soft count experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsible to enter data, post and process revenue for Table Games drop in CMS program.

Export, post and print reports for slot currency in CDS program.

Export, post and print reports for daily Ticket In/Ticket Out vouchers in OASIS program.

Record/ balance changes to vault inventory on daily basis.

You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.

Candidates must be able to work nights and Saturday shifts!
