Digital Merchandising Senior Specialist Jobs in New York

2-3 years of experience working in merchandising, e-commerce or content management

Ensure access and completeness and optimization of product information for Amazon through product information feeds, content management and product set-up

Maintain product knowledge of the brand's portfolio through product training, market weeks, and other formats

Manage current catalog to optimize listing content and organization of listings.

Support the timely acquisition, delivery, and tracking of digital asset and copy requests in partnership with Account Managers/Directors

Address end-consumer inquiries and questions about product features and benefits

Ability to be equally adept at the broadest strategic level and manual day to day management of tools and systems

Collaborate with Planning team and General Manager to manage OTB, Unit Receipts, and Gross Margin %

Work closely with CRM & Marketing Managers on ad hoc projects that relate to Product Descriptions, Filters, etc.

8+ years’ experience, in a Director or above Merchandising role with a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field

Previous strategic experience in DTC space

Proven track record of building, leading and managing teams with diverse skill sets, and the ability to hire and develop talent

Ability to be equally adept at the broadest strategic level and manual day to day management of tools and systems
