A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position selling financial services offerings to Registered Representatives, TPAs, etc.

Ensure receipt of excellent customer service with focus representatives, including expectations are being met and managed.

Attend ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of all markets and industry developments.

A minimum of 2 years of experience building and maintaining a customer account base

Prior work experience in the financial planning industry (preferred)

Ability to obtain our Orion Industry Certification

Experience with creative design, strategic campaign development and management

Familiarity working within multiple communication platforms: project management software, email, chat, text, phone, video chat, etc.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the services

Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

Possess expertise in data strategy, analysis and management related to customer marketing, growth marketing and demand generation skill sets

Knowledge in identity, security, access management, workflow and/or developer-facing products preferred

Own and manage our data insight and attribution capabilities

Expert knowledge with reporting and analytics tools likeSalesforce.com, Gainsight, Marketo, Pendo, Tableau, SQL and data models

Display effective leadership and team collaboration skills

Demonstrate excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)

8+ years of experience in scaling product growth and adoption, ideally within fintech, blockchain, technology firms

Remote but must be located in Vietnam

Define and execute expansion plans for Avalanche within Vietnam, while ensuring strong coordination with internal leadership team & stakeholders

Develop strategies and KPIs to relentlessly push operational standards to the next level

Independently identify and deliver new partnerships in Vietnam, forging strong relationships and leading deals end-to-end

Oversee local operations to reach end user and developer targets

8+ years of experience in scaling product growth and adoption, ideally within fintech, blockchain, technology firms

Remote but must be located in India
