Manage a backlog of tech debt and prioritize it for scale and efficiency

You will ensure a competitive industry experience in all global markets

Extensive experience leading user research to explain customer data trends

Develop guest and consumer models for various business units within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP)

Minimum 2 years professional work experience

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership

Experience with various analytic, data mining and machine learning methodologies including: multivariate regression, mixed models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting

Experience with R or Python

5 years professional work experience

5-8 years relevant website experience including information architecture, design, security and content management.

Experience working with web content management systems (CMS), user experience platforms, and project management tools.

Responsible for system administration, system architecture, and configuration of the website content management system (CMS).

Digital agency and or higher education experience preferred

Expert understanding of web governance principles, regulatory issues, risk management, and best practices.

Ability to meet project deadlines and commitments and follow directions from senior management

Be the subject matter expert in google analytics and google tag manager

Proven SEO skills is a must

3 years SEO experience (technical and content driven, organic and paid, keyword analysis etc.)

3 years Google Analytics and GTM experience

2 years experience with UTMs and source attribution

2 years marketing technology experience

Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills

Optimize LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience (traffic, conversion, revenue, friction, visitor engagement, time on site, and technical site performance)

Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing web and digital experiences to drive growth

Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders across product, demand generation, content marketing and customer marketing teams

Execute tactical initiatives based on analysis of performance, marketing technology, market opportunities, and best-practices/industry developments

Drive a variety of optimization projects leveraging cross-vertical teams of dedicated internal resources: designers, developers, engineers, editors, social media marketers

Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.

6+ years of working experience in digital/data technologies, audit, investigations, internal controls, information technology, financial analytics, or risk management fields

Effective project management skills, including personal time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Manage the design and implementation of governance for data quality controls, change management, and deployment strategies within the digital solutions

Drive the strategic development of advanced technology solutions leveraging OCR, predictive machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities

Strategize, manage, lead and deliver global training programs to GAA
