Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.

Report known or suspected incidents of fraud to the Administrator.

Overview A Dietary Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the Dietary Manager in the preparation and delivery of meals to patients, staff, and visitors. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces; stocking supplies; and disposing of waste.
