EPIC experience is a big plus they are implementing EPIC in the next year or so.

Manage Zoho One platform, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and data management

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Zoho One (CRM) Administrator or similar role, with a focus on customization, workflows and configuration

Previous experience with call center software and technology

Previous experience with the Zoho platform

Zoho CRM certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Administrator, are a plus

Passion for accuracy and strong attention to detail; experience with mass-data management/manipulation a plus;

Assist with user trainings (initial and continuing) keeping in mind the goals of data hygiene, organizational efficiency, and organizational change management;

Gain expertise on various third-party data management tools and key Salesforce integrations and applications;

Support with staff in fundraising, communications, and programs to leverage Salesforce capabilities;

Experience with database conversion/roll-out preferable, but not required;

Ability to prioritize and juggle effectively among many demands; excellent organizational skills;

2+ years of Database Coordination/Admin and data entry experience

25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets

Conduct quality checks of the data to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

·Maintain and submit the offering envelope list monthly and the Diocesan North Texas Catholic newspaper quarterly

·Partner with staff and volunteers that have varying levels of experience

·Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in the field of Information Technology, or 4

years’ experience in the IT field.

Assist Manager to: Support/develop and maintain SOPs related to EDC build process.

When applicable, configure additional Medidata applications including but not limited to Coder and TSDV for use on study.

Control user access to database at study owner level

Participate and lead Clinical Database Development team meetings when needed.

Support Regeneron Secure Data Transfer system by managing access requests; user admin; user accounts and file structure.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

Support Partnerships team with inventory, deal tracker, and rate card management

Work along side a manager as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

Minimum one years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
