The Development Assistant for Events will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Research and book venues for fundraising events
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all event needs are met
• Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget
• Create and distribute event invitations
• Track RSVPs and manage guest lists
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure that all tasks are completed
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Manage event logistics, including transportation and catering
• Ensure that all event materials are prepared and distributed
• Provide administrative support for the development team
