Developer Experience Associate Jobs

Partner with technology / POD to evaluate technical constraints, complexities, & capabilities

Own alignment of business priorities through development of rolling backlog. Ability to prioritize business backlog as part of Product Operating Model.

Have excellent communication to ensure that your business partners feel involved and informed at all times through transparent communication.

Develop and lead business scale plan for Products.

Interface with other engineers to gather requirements and design technical solutions to the everyday frictions they face.

Familiarize yourself with the Developer Experience mission and purview.

Build knowledge around our testing, local development, and CI/CD practices.

Contribute to, ship and review DevEx features/bug fixes for related offerings.

Minimum 5 years experience as a software engineer in a professional working environment

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Mentor and develop Toyota team members who wish to advance their careers in product management.

Experience in software engineering and working as a product manager.

Experience working on remote globally distributed high-performing teams and largely asynchronous work environments.

Build and manage short-and long-term product roadmaps; set goals and track deliverables.

Strong understanding of Developer Experience, DevOps, cloud-native application architectures, deployment, and operations.

A proven track record of product leadership and have managed cross-functional teams to design, develop and ship software products.

Can work collaboratively on solutions, communicate and share these experiences within our team

Experience with debugging, finding solutions, and a penchant to analyze data

1+ years of experience with troubleshooting API, SDK, and/or bot issues preferred

Working experience with programming languages, particularly JavaScript and Python

Experience working with and programming for the Discord API or other platform-specific APIs

Experience with game development, particularly using web tools like Canvas and WebGL
