Coordinate onboarding / offboarding tasks at the direction of management
Process, scan, and manage documents
Manage outgoing mail and create shipping labels
Manage multiple calendars; arrange meetings, webinars, conference calls, and Zoom video conferences using Outlook
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a professional office environment
Advanced computer and office equipment skills including but not limited to scanners, copiers, printers, binders, projectors, and video conferencing equipment

Overview The Destination Services Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Destination Services team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Destination Services Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Destination Services team. This includes providing assistance with the planning and execution of events, managing travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing the team’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and providing other administrative support as needed. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
