Previous experience in Testing and quality management

Work and team with IT and other management personnel, including on a global, virtual basis

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience

Experience with ERP (SAP Preferred) to support end-to-end testing methodologies

Hands-on experience with test automation

Work experience in a distribution company

Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control with similar leadership experience.

The Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance position is the lead Quality

Serve as Quality member of Product Approval Committees for new product development projects to ensure high-quality product performance in the market.

Serve on PCA Operations Leadership team as Quality Representative and ensuring Quality is included in the Operations strategy.

Good knowledge in OOPS programming concepts and experience in programming languages like Java.

Experience in architecting & building real-time, large scale e-commerce applications

Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.

Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP.

Experience in high volume, high throughput web/ecommerce environment

Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in eCommerce and Web Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies.
