Manage communications/PR agency on influencer campaign execution and measurement

Strong writing and editing skills

Protect and enhance the reputation of the firm with a particular focus on ensuring all influencer work adheres to FTC guidelines

Direct experience in employee engagement, change management, internal communications and organizational effectiveness

Work with the leadership team to identify growth categories in the space. Build a compelling Ketchum offering around key growth categories

Manage account team financials including budget allocation, client billing, supplier invoicing and purchase orders; ensure team billability and account profitability

At least 10+ years of experience, ideally in an agency or professional services environment

Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree preferred.

Support strategies and action plans to proactively engage with the Firm’s alumni and help develop long-term relationships

Proactively follow job changes of alumni and update alumni data on a regular basis

·Executes and manages Cathedral’s annual fund across multiple mediums (direct mail, social media, and events)

Manages annual fund and event budgets; provides projections and reports on budgeted revenues and expenses

·Develops and manages a team of Alumni Ambassadors (Class Agents) to increase class participation and giving,

A minimum of three years experience in fundraising or similar work experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Promotes international Air Traffic Management (ATM) standards by collaborating with international organizations, other air navigation service providers (ANSP), and airlines.

Manages aeronautical information by overseeing the collection, validation, storing, maintenance and dissemination of aeronautical charts and products to support the NAS.

Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Bachelor of Science degree required (Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration etc.); Master's degree in Marketing or Management is preferred

Possesses strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities

CRM/Loyalty program development including detailing business requirements, developing features/benefits, designing communication strategies, and evaluating program ROI performance

Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Business Manager is a plus

Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses

Experience in retail luxury, fashion or art industries is a plus

Minimum seven years’ experience in administration, management or supervision

Seven years of administration, management, or supervisory experience (including project management) is required.

Demonstrated excellence in change management strategy and executive communications

Knowledge of educational fundraising, higher education issues, and research universities

Support Human Resources and Talent Development in providing leaders with the skills they need to drive dialogue and engage employees.

Supervise executive support staff including a project manager and staff assistant.

10+ years’ experience in supervisory / leadership capacity

Extensive experience managing multiple programs and/or building sites

Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal housing and social service regulations

Advanced knowledge of funding sources for housing and social service programs

Ability to manage multiple significant priorities, including complex and time sensitive projects

Perform other related duties as assigned

Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and superb organizational skills.

Serve as a senior ambassador to Princeton’s loyal and engaged alumni community.

Serve as Secretary to the Trustees Committee on Alumni Engagement.

Serve on the board of the Princeton Alumni Weekly.
