Deputy Director Of Coaching Jobs in Florida

● Minimum 1 year of experience in sports management or a similar field preferred

● Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies

● Outstanding leadership and customer service skills

● Minimum 2 years of youth coaching experience preferred

● Implement the company’s high standard for coaching, and develop a team of high performing coaches.

● Work with team to ensure seasonal coaching needs are met

Minimum of a personal training certification and 4 years of experience coaching in a group setting.

Serve as the face of the brand-wide programming, overseeing its development, training, and implementation phases.

Provide guidance and support in the product and development of coaches at our HQ owned locations.

Lead by example, coaching 10-15 sessions per week at our ISI® Fort Mill HQ owned location.

Develop ongoing learning and development opportunities for coaches.

Conduct bi-weekly virtual coaches training for the brand.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sports management or a similar field preferred

Create processes for accountability & project management of the Kidokinetics Program schedules and seasonal evaluations on all coaches

Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies

Work on forecasting models and opportunities that effectively and economically benefit the business and the staffing needs
