Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist

Pour, Base and Trim models

Make duplicate models for flexible and partial models

Must have strong time management skills

Makes complete documentation of NPD designs using CATIA CAD and Enovia Product Data Management collaborative PLM software.

Experience and knowledge of CATIA 3D CAD software a must, ENOVIA a plus.

Knowledge and experience with 3 axis and 5 axis CNC operation and programming a plus.

Manages time effectively in order to support multiple projects concurrently.

Understanding of manufacturing requirements, and how they are applied to component designs.

Strong client relationship management skills, with a specific focus on providing technical support to dentist clients.

Manage and supervise all CAD/CAM operations within the lab.

Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within a dental lab setting.

Experience in strategy and product development.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CAD/CAM technicians.

Foster and maintain robust relationships with our dentist clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Strong computer skills: advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Assist with data entry and tracking of inquiries and case processing statuses,

Excellent written and oral communication skills: communicating effectively with colleagues and partners in English and Spanish.

Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and networking skills; effectively building internal and external relationships.

Respond to inquiries received via phone calls and text messages using RingCentral and approved scripts,

Enter patient information into Dental Manager to create 3D virtual model and digital file ensuring accuracy of data

Enter digital IOS (Intra Oral Scan) patient information to create digital files
