Cad Cam Manager Jobs

They are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Manager to spearhead our high-tech team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of 3Shape software, demonstrate strong people management skills, and have considerable experience in managing client relationships, especially in providing technical support to our dentist clients. Proficiency in dental technology, with an emphasis on Crown & Bridge, is a critical requirement for this role.

What will you do?

• Maintain high standards of performance within the department, complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise all CAD/CAM operations within the lab.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with our dentist clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CAD/CAM technicians.
• Provide top-notch technical support to dentist clients, aiding with issues related to our CAD/CAM system.

Requirements

• Excellent people management skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a specific focus on providing technical support to dentist clients.
• Expertise in 3Shape software.
• Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in dental technology, particularly Crown & Bridge.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within a dental lab setting.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in strategy and product development.
• Proficiency in project management
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Familiarity with Roland Mills, Asiga 3D printers or similar.
