Deck Assembly Associate Jobs

Interact and greet guests to ensure they have a positive fan experience

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced event/production environment

The Flight Deck team member will have responsibilities including, without limitation the following:

Set up, tear down, and clean tailgate activation space in a timely manner for the Heritage Tailgate

Act as a liaison for the Arizona Cardinals, State Farm Stadium staff, vendors, and sponsors on game day

Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to visually recognize the difference in parts

Ability to use hands to perform simple operations

Ability to use hand tools

Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Ability to lift 5 – 75 lbs. on a frequent basis

Must have basic computer knowledge and basic math skills

Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management

Ability to earn while you learn by gaining a skilled trade through on-the-job training!

Knowledge of processes used in construction and building trades

When asked, assists with training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performance

Several years Deck Assembly experience helpful
