3-5 years Leadership/Management experience in an academic or clinical setting required, curriculum development and/or accreditation experience a plus.

A minimum of 2+ years previous full-time teaching experience in a nursing program within the last 5 years.

2+ years full time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing nurse

Conduct faculty observations and coaching, mentoring, and evaluating faculty members and staff.

Oversee on-boarding and nursing orientation of new faculty to all learning environments.

Organize and schedule faculty and staff work assignments.

Manages the Individual Accommodation Plan processes with the School Psychologist and Learning Team

Knowledge of Competency Based Learning Standards (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (required)

Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred)

High School or College experience preferred

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and the management and operational skills needed to perform the duties described above.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience coordinating collaborative projects and working in team environments

Display excellent and versatile writing skills including composing messages and other professional correspondence for a variety of audiences

Two to four years of relevant professional experience or equivalent

Prior experience working with enterprise operating and financial planning systems, Salesforce, and budgets is a plus

Previous experience editing, scheduling meetings, coordinating events and/or assisting project teams is desired

Must have strong management, writing and communication skills.

Experience in the development and/or implementation of health education and youth programs required. Experience in women’s reproductive health care/sexuality education preferred.

Deep knowledge and experience with social justice issues and equity frameworks in service delivery and organizational practice.

Master’s Degree in Education, Public Health or other related field.

Optimize programmatic infrastructure to maximize participant/client outcomes, including the development of accountability systems for employees and partners.

Create, implement and measure a comprehensive strategy for community engagement initiatives within and on behalf of PPGNY.

Prior project management experience in complex, fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, facility with qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.

Supervise one Project Manager and supervise all Learning Community (LC) events and LC fellowship activities.

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of professional experience in community health work, public health, or a clinical field.

Previous Chicago or regional experience with community organizing, non-profit initiatives, and community health or social services preferred.

Ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities appropriately.

Provide leadership in academic long-range planning and employ effective enrollment management, retention, and equity-minded strategies for credit and noncredit offerings.

Master's degree in business, management, finance, or business administration.

Demonstrated experience with resource management and grants.

Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, budget and resource management including meeting program accreditation standards and faculty credentialing.
