Degree or license in a health related field necessary; prior management experience preferred.

Regularly attends Administration Meeting. Reports on projects, department and policy changes, etc. to promote communication among management team.

Ensures the highest quality of care by performing responsibilities according to the highest professional standards.

Demonstrates knowledge of PACE/D&TC Emergency Preparedness Plan and can verbalize their role during an event.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Must demonstrate ability to perform duties with minimal degree of managerial oversight.

At least 5 years of Artist Management, Tour Management and/or relevant experience in the music industry

Know how to work closely and effectively with artist personnel, such as tour managers, personal assistants etc.

Know how to effectively manage budgets and work with promoters and business managers to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability

Must have experience working with A-level artists/clientele

Dynamic and passionate music fan with a deep knowledge of Hip-Hop, Rap and R&B
