Conduct foot patrols of the hotel’s property, to include lobby/outlet areas, guest room hallways, parking garage, hotel perimeter, convention space, etc.

Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.

Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Technical competence in utilizing digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and social media management.

Manage artist’s personal and professional calendar, including appointments, meetings, rehearsals, and social engagements.

Oversee the logistics of Rosa Linn's live performances, alongside tour manager including coordinating rehearsals, soundchecks, and venue arrangements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with artists, stakeholders, and team members.
