Datacenter Network Engineer Jobs

3 years+ experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments for data center

8 Years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting converged IP networks

8 Years of knowledge of core networking concepts Vlans, VRFs & VPNs

8 Years with advanced knowledge of routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF & BGP

15+ overall years of experience in Finance at technology companies; with 7+ years of managing a team

Develop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiatives

Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Company, including mentorship and development of a Datacenter Ops Finance team

Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)

Experience with leading ERP systems, SAP a plus, and tools, including visualization, with strength in process and system improvements

Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company

Demonstrate technical management capabilities, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel

An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification

Demonstrate and implement Project Management best practices in an IT Enterprise environment that reduce risks and improve service delivery

Oversee, implement and ensure configuration management planning including configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, configuration audits, and configuration documentation

Prior experience managing geographically dispersed teams; ability to handle all staffing matters from recruiting, requirements development, training, career development, and escalations

Customer Experience training or certification

Ability to balance varying responsibilities that span rhythm of business, communications, executive management, and culture.

Provide technical support on physical network refresh and rebuilds including telecommunications cable plant, pathways, and translating telecommunication requirements to other disciplines.

Exhibit structured thinking and logic with very proficient analytical skills.

Provide remote site support for construction teams.

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience

Experience of industry standards, building codes and safety standards including BICSI Standards, TDMM, RUS Standards, ANSI/IEEE/IEC, NFPA, NEC, and building codes.

Technical review and analysis of the lease and colocation datacenter space from external providers for compliance with Microsoft requirements.

OR Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 1+ years related technical engineering experience

3+ years of experience dealing with complex mechanical engineering and building automation systems for critical environment.

3+ years of experience in consulting engineering with minimum of 2 years of experience as lead engineer.

OR Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related technical engineering experience

Knowledge of construction techniques and terminology, including the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and requirements documents is essential.
