Experience with backup and recovery database management/strategies

Effective project management, time management, and organizational skills.

Experience analyzing, tuning, monitoring, and optimizing performance for Oracle databases.

Knowledge of additional database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience with Oracle tools and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

Familiarity with automation tools or frameworks relevant to database management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.

Significant prior experience in leveraging automation and orchestration to build, provision, patch, and/or secure database services within a production environment.

Provide database administration support to our current suite of Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Mongo, Casandra, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB databases.

Support enterprise COTs application implementation, configuration, triage, and customization efforts, and resolve issues introduced by our infrastructure patching and security efforts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to obtain and maintain a US DOE Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
