Data Center Operations Analyst Jobs in New York

Customer Focus - Has a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel and other data manipulation tools

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling

Experience and familiarity with BI reporting tools and building dashboards in Tableau or any other visualization tool is ideal

Experience with customer success tools, i.e Zendesk, and customer success metrics, i.e SLAs and CSAT, is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience with core corporate and project finance concepts and financial models.

7 years of experience with structuring and negotiating agreements with renewable and carbon-free technologies, energy trading, origination, consulting, or investment banking.

Experience with power purchase agreements, renewable energy financing, retail electric service, and electric infrastructure.

Experience with analyzing transactions, partnerships, and strategies in the energy industry.

Evaluate opportunities and lead selection and prioritization process and work alongside a team of partners to manage Data Center energy supply.

Experience in the areas of Master Data Management, Reference Data, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance capabilities

Coordinate change management in databases/processes with minimal user interruption

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4+ years’ experience in analytically focused field

High attention to detail; Well-organized; Strong follow-up, critical thinking, and communication skills

Financial services industry experience highly desired
