Data Analytics Senior Manager Jobs in Iowa

4+ years of project management experience is required, including experience and comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Identify opportunities to optimize the project management processes to help the Data.Evoke service scale and grow in a healthy manner.

Comfortable working through ambiguous situations to define precise requirements and priorities and drive actionable outcomes

Act as a thought partner and advisor to all relevant teams and stakeholders; understand and recognize opportunities for growth and expansion.

Interact with clients, as needed, to relay project plan, timing, potential risks, etc. with account team

7+ years experience in a related field (business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing), with 3+ years in managing productive data analytics teams

Experience with implementing and/or owning enterprise BI tooling (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)

Experience with data modeling & data warehouse design

Deep knowledge of industry best practices in self-serve analytics and analytics engineering.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience actively coaching and mentoring team members in their careers.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field with at least 5 year of experience, 3 in a leadership role

Strong executive communication skills and ability to tailor style to all levels

Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI

E-commerce experience; familiarity with Amazon’s Seller Central platform is preferred

Data modeling and/or data architecture experience

You will guide and coach your team as you craft innovative analyses and synthesize insights for executives and cross-functional leaders.
