Data Analyst Coordinator Jobs in New York

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience; plus two years of related experience.

Entering, verifying, and approving REDCAP data entry.

Obtaining and maintaining Columbia IRB Human Subjects Training certifications and ensuring that Good Clinical Practices are always followed.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, REDCAP) required.

Conform to all applicable HIPAA, Human Subjects trainings, and safety requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.

Analyze data to identify gaps and inconsistencies in data collection and management.

Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving and data skills.

Experience with a version control tool and data documentation.

Keep track of our datasets through maintaining well organized data dictionaries, conducting exploratory data analyses (EDA) and data validations.

Liaise with other departments to support their data needs, identify useful data sources and potential for collaboration.

Tell accurate and compelling data stories through a verity of tools such as designing and building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
