Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures of our systems and additional file management and system updates

Coordinates activities between Learning Environment Specialist, Interior Designer, Learning Experience Coordinator, and Project Manager (internal project Team)

Leads the initial project brief and attends the project turnover to the assigned Project Manager

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Establishes a pre-PO project milestone schedule working with the customer’s target install date and target PO date

Meets established milestone target dates to ensure timely purchasing of project to meet installation window

Strong project management and planning skills

2 -5 years of event planning and project experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Creates a playbook of event planning process and logistics to be used in all STUDIO store events.

Communicates event planning process with STUDIO team members, support center departments, store operations team and vendors where needed.
