Cyber Recovery Data Analyst Jobs

Strong communication skills (must be comfortable building presentations in PowerPoint or GoogleSlides, and presenting), and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Oversee the daily management, research inquiries, media requests, support services and repurchase request of Recovery agencies and Debt buyer

5+ years of collections and recovery industry experience, including working on developing and deploying control reporting.

Experience building robust controls across collections and recovery operations

People leadership experience, specifically managing a recovery collections team working financial services consumer debt

Experience managing a lender’s engagement with Debt Settlement Companies (DSA / DSC)

Experience with information security devices (e. g., firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems) and applications (e.g., security information management tools).

Experience with business process reengineering, capability maturity model, change management, or process improvement.

Knowledge of advanced Routing and Switching, Remote Access, Multilayer Switching, Cisco IOS security, VPN security, and Troubleshooting.

Provide support in accordance with the Service Asset and Configuration Management Plan

Minimum six (6) years IT experience

BS Degree or additional work experience substitution

4+ years of data analysis experience preferably with focus on fraud prevention and/or cyber

A degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering)

Experience and understanding of working in either cyber-fraud intelligence collection & analysis or cyber-enabled fraud prevention and detection

Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver results

Experience in banking and/or fintech industry

3-5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst/Engineer with a focus on Endpoint Security

Experience with UBA and UEBA tools a must have

CISSP, CISA, GIAC and/or vendor security certifications preferred

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT Security tools required

Experience in heavily regulated industry desired

Manage SD card and mailing supply inventory.

Bachelor’s degree or 1 year experience in a healthcare setting or 1 year experience in customer service.

Stellar oral and written communication skills, including active listening.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Strict attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.

Associate degree in healthcare, business or equivalent relevant revenue cycle experience

3+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle billing office or payer/provider contracting department

Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical, critical thinking and global thinking skills

Location: Remote within Minnesota or Wisconsin

Background knowledge in any of the following: finance, payments, internet architecture, cyber security.

Coding abilities, particularly with SQL and python.

Work closely with product and technical teams to understand product, usage, and data pipelines

Competently handle large datasets, sifting for patterns and trends and translate those insights into technical rules and solutions.

Actively participate in machine learning modeling work, including natural language processing, classification modeling, and image detection.

Partner with other teams (e.g., BRAM, Data Strategy, product development, UI/UX) as needed.

Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management.

As part of the Cyber Recovery program, it is vital to measure and document multiple recovery scenarios.

This role will support multiple work streams within the Cyber Resiliency program and provide suggestions on where to improve.

Evaluating where we can reduce our recovery window to drive an improved recovery point.

Ability to analyze and synthesize data into common groups to provide answers to open questions or input into decision-making.

Various analytics toolsets - Tableau, Power Platform, Splunk, Grafana, etc. Python or other scripting languages.
